BUYING HERBS
When i woke up this morning, i had no idea i’d sleep so happy tonight. I am sure there was some garden fairy guiding me today. Well, it all started when i decided to go around the town exploring options for a site of mine. I need flowers, herbs, fruit trees and what-not! I never knew that PAU especially has a lot to offer that can help me cross many items off my wishlist!
Today,as usual, i started with the plant nursery from where i inquired about and picked up chrysanthemums. I also needed a lead on fruit tress so i was asked to head over to the Orchard… and WOW!! Acres of all kinds of fruit tress and that too for sale(well.. technically the sale starts Aug 15th) but i managed to hog 2 Lemon trees i have been longing for.. the local nurseries do not have much to offer in terms of quality and the price!! What you get for Rs.150 outside, it’s 30 here.. amazing!
Another chance entry into the herb garden that i noticed on my way and i found all that i ever wanted! 2 years ago i got into a really crazy herb garden mode and what ever i wanted then, i found here.. i wonder why i never looked earlier.. From here i picked up stevia, ashwagandha, brahmi and lemongrass.. needless to say, today’s haul that comprises of almost all of my wishlist plants has left me totally thrilled and excited!! Now i am convinced that God is a gardener too and He certainly loves me 🙂
