home last time to find a jungle of weeds and i’d decided that it was a now or never situation.. obviously i chose
now and set to work.. weedng cleaning deadheading and most importantly pruning roses which are showing a lot of new growth as well as blooming throughout! ths year i am simply amazed by the roses.. they never ever stopped
blooming.. touchwood!

Here’s a sneak-peek at the happenings in the garden while i was gone.. I’d noticed this gerbera bud the last time i
came home and it sure took its own sweet time.. but totally worth the wait!! And finally i have a yellow(i.e. other
than red) cockcomb in my garden… there’s also a green n yellow n orange celocia.. the carnation is from the
stripes n picotees range from thompson morgan seeds.. glad it lived upto its promise!(who cares if the flower size
is a little small because its been grwon from seed) yippiieeeeeeeeeee 🙂
