It was a day of surprises.. before going to clg i checked out the seeds in the morning and discovered to my delight that alyssum golden has finally started germinating.. i was losing hope each day as its siblings(white and purple) took 4 days while this one took 11.. wonder because this was a packed seed whereas the others i’d saved at home last season.. lets see how it behaves next year and then i’ll know..

Another surprise was oregano which finally opened its eyes.. i can see irregular sparse germination but atleast it has come up..

And when i came home from clg i saw that my bhabhi(sis-in-law) had already purchased a few pots i’d been wanting since so many days:) yippeeee its transplanting time..!

cement-potsYet another surprise was this hyacinth bean i’d sown in baggies.. it sure looks promising and interesting.. i’ve moved all the 4 seeds into a container with compost and hopefully they should do fine..
