It feels sooo good to put on garden gloves and play with seeds and soil.. The temp is not so down as yet but i couldnt wait to sow so i took a safe risk and sowed 98 carnation plugs.. a full tray of carnations.. yippeee… i’m so in love with them!! aprt from them there are also petunia and verbena seeds in plastic cups that i’d sown in delhi to satisfy my cravings.. i’ve brought them over and the three seed-sown units present a lovely picture to my gardener’s eyes:) image1598image15991

I’ve made a list of what all i have to sow this season and it comes down to 142 varieties of flowers including the newly bought and saved seeds.. i’m waiting for temp to dip a li’l more.. this time i have the advantage of a greenhouse so i can sow a li’l early.. The list does not include as yet the numerous bulbs but i’m still in the process of saving sorting and buying bulbs.. plus they can be planted a li’l later than the seeds..

Also this year i’m growing a few varieties from both bulbs and seeds to compare… these include.. Alstroemeria

Ranuculus

Iris and a few more i cnt recall right now..

Tom i’m going to shift the tray and cups to the greenhouse and then there are two more trays to be sown with dianthus and marigold..

Sowing season has begun.. yipeeeeee!!

I thought it was going to be some boring old post, but it really compensated for my time. I will post a link to this page on my blog. I am sure my visitors will find that very useful.

I initially tried out hibiscus tea at a hot tub in france and enjoyed the flavour. Once I found out about medical benefits, I was extremely stimulated to buy some. Couldn’t locate it at all in any local suppliers but purchased on-line. I’ve been drinking about 3 cups on a daily basis (cold) for around 23 days now and the most recently released blood pressure level reading was the most impressive it has been in years! I highly recommend.
